Welcome to Ask A Degen ("the Protocol"). The Protocol is a decentralized information market built on the Solana blockchain. Users can create and participate in markets that reflect opinions on future events.

By accessing or using the Protocol, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Protocol.

• •The Protocol is decentralized and non-custodial.
• •No central party holds your funds; all transactions occur directly on-chain.
• •Outcomes are resolved through manual review and/or community governance.
• •The Protocol is intended for educational, research, and entertainment purposes only.
• •It is not a gambling platform, investment service, or financial product.

• •You must be at least 18 years old to use the Protocol.
• •You may not use the Protocol if you are a resident, citizen, or located in any jurisdiction where prediction markets are restricted or illegal, including (but not limited to) the United States of America, the United Kingdom, and the European Union.
• •By using the Protocol, you confirm that you are legally allowed to do so under the laws of your jurisdiction.

• •The Protocol is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind.
• •The developers and contributors make no guarantees about outcomes, accuracy, or availability.
• •Participation in markets involves risk, and you may lose all assets you stake.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• •The Protocol's developers, contributors, and associated parties are not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Protocol.
• •By using the Protocol, you release all associated parties from liability.

• •The Protocol charges a 2.5% fee on resolved markets.
• •These fees are routed automatically to support protocol development and maintenance.
• •You will also pay standard Solana network transaction fees.

• •You are solely responsible for complying with local laws and regulations.
• •The Protocol does not conduct KYC/AML checks and does not monitor user activity.
• •If regulators restrict access in your jurisdiction, you must discontinue use.
• •You are responsible for securing your wallet and private keys.

You may not:

• •Create or participate in markets related to violence, illegal activities, or harmful content
• •Attempt to manipulate markets or outcomes
• •Use bots or automated systems without permission
• •Violate any applicable laws or regulations

These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the Protocol after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We recommend checking this page periodically for updates.
